Loretta Kirkwood, Senior Director, has over 28 years of financial industry experience with an extensive background in regulatory compliance. Ms. Kirkwood’s knowledge of bank regulations, operations, and technology provide an integrated approach to assisting banks in developing and implementing effective regulatory risk management programs. Her areas of focus include fair lending risk assessment, comparative file review, HMDA and CRA process optimization, CRA performance evaluation, exam management, policy and procedure review, and leveraging technology to ensure integrity in data and processes. Prior to joining Treliant Risk Advisors, Loretta served as Senior Vice President, Compliance Consulting with CenTrax / Marquis in Plano, Texas; Vice President and Fair Lending Officer of First American National Bank in Nashville, Tennessee; and Treasury Manager at American Express in Brighton, England.
