For more than 20 years, Gil Brodnitz has served global financial institutions as both a senior advisor and CIO. He advises Treliant Risk Advisors clients on compliance and risk matters related to IT systems, organizations and capabilities, as well as transformational business process strategies for finance, trading and operations. In addition, Gil can act as a senior interface for technology firms seeking to work with financial regulatory agencies.
Gil was a senior partner at Accenture and North American lead for IT Strategy and Transformation in Financial Services. Previously, he was a Vice President at Capital One Financial, where he was responsible for the transformation of Financial Management Infrastructure, reporting to the CFO. In addition to financial services, Gil has significant experience in the health care industry, where, as CIO and Chief e-Commerce officer at Ventiv Health, he developed and implemented e-Health strategy and IT integration. Gil was Boston Consulting Group’s lead partner for its New York IT practice and before that he led a 3 year effort to re-engineer Debt Markets Operations at Merrill Lynch. Gil began his consulting career as a Senior Associate in Booz Allen & Hamilton’s Financial Services/IT Strategy practice.
Gil holds a BA degree in Economics from Wesleyan University, and an MBA from Wharton.
